Elizabeth earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Oregon and Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Science from Alma College in Michigan. She is a licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia and Oregon.
Elizabeth began her career at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor, caring for patients with diverse orthopedic and neurological conditions. She partnered with the Neurology Department to develop a specialized clinic addressing balance and fall risk in individuals with cerebellar ataxia. Elizabeth worked with active-duty service members and their families in Oklahoma and Italy. As an experienced direct-access provider, she helped patients successfully return to their APFT, running, sports and daily activities. She later joined one of Oregon’s largest healthcare systems, expanding her clinical expertise caring for patients across a wide range of ages and backgrounds. These experiences shaped her vision for Elevate Evans Physical Therapy & Wellness, a personalized space where she can provide quality, hands-on care focused on helping each client move well and achieve their individual goals.
Elizabeth is grateful to call Evans, GA home, where she lives with her three kids and dog, Bucatini. Outside the clinic, she enjoys the outdoors, family time, gardening, cooking and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
